Ed Tech Startups Invited to Apply for SETDA’s Emerging Partners Program 

 SETDA’s Digital Learning Leaders Will Launch the Eighth Annual Cohort of Emerging Partners in June 2021

March 8, 2021 (Washington, D.C.) Applications are now open for educational technology startups who wish to join the State Educational Technology Directors Association’s (SETDA) Emerging Private Sector Partnership Program. This public-private partnership program is tailored specifically for companies new to the U.S. K-12 education and technology market, and enables them to be seen and heard by a network of state and national ed tech leaders. SETDA is the principal non-profit membership association representing U.S. state and territorial educational digital learning leaders.

Companies selected to participate in this program will benefit from a variety of opportunities to showcase their products and services throughout the year of partnership. The 2021 cohort of Emerging Partners will be introduced on a national stage at the virtual 2021 SETDA Emerging Technologies Leadership Forum on June 11, 2021. Finalists will receive professional development from SETDA’s Channel Partners including feedback and advice on their business plans, participate in a SETDA Tank pitch competition, and strategize for year-long opportunities to engage in meaningful dialogue with state educational technology and industry leaders.
