EdTech Startups Invited to Apply for SETDA’s Emerging Partners Program

Washington, DC (Thursday, March 7, 2024)Applications are now open for edtech startups that wish to join SETDA’s Emerging Partners program. This unique partnership program is designed to foster opportunities for edtech startups to be seen and heard by state and national technology and digital learning leaders as they grow their company and brand recognition new to the U.S. K-12 edtech market.

Companies selected to participate in the Emerging Partners program will benefit from a variety of opportunities to showcase their products and services throughout the year-long relationship. The 2024 cohort will be introduced on a national stage at the SETDA Emerging Trends Forum in early June. They will receive professional development from SETDA’s Channel Partners  including business-plan feedback, sales and marketing advice, and strategic consulting. Throughout the year, Emerging Partners will be invited to engage with state educational technology and industry leaders.

“SETDA has been an incredibly valuable partner for Scrible. We started as an Emerging Partner during the pandemic and made key connections with state level ed tech leaders who provided valuable guidance to help us understand their states and grow our business. SETDA has also supported and raised awareness of the work we’re doing under competitive federal grants to improve writing instruction nationwide. On a personal level, I love the SETDA community! It’s a close-knit group of friends that feel like family,” said Victor Karkar, CEO of Scrible, currently a Bronze corporate member of SETDA.

Members of SETDA’s 2023 Emerging Partners cohort were Curipod, Connected Class, CareerView XR, Infini-D Learning, and XR Terra.

To apply for the 2024 Emerging Partners program, companies must submit an application form. The application window is open through April 15, 2024.
