SETDA Event Expectations

COVID Protocols and Precautions

As always, the health and comfort of the SETDA community is our top priority. SETDA welcomes all attendees to our upcoming Leadership Summit and Ed Forum pursuant to local mandates.

Please review the following health and safety measures, including operational guidelines and requirements.

We will require attendees to provide proof of full vaccination OR proof of a negative COVID test (PCR or Antigen).

  • Full vaccination is considered two shots of Pfizer/Moderna vaccines or one single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine completed at least two weeks prior to the event.
  • Partial or unvaccinated attendees must provide a negative PCR or Antigen COVID test taken within the 72 hours prior to the event.

At this time masks remain optional; however, this policy may change depending on the level of COVID spread at the time of the event.

You are required to alert SETDA staff should you develop any COVID-related symptoms during or immediately after the conference. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. All attendees will be expected to take common actions to reduce the risk of COVID transmission and to behave responsibly (including leaving the event area) in case of exposure to a COVID case or experiencing symptoms.

Failure to comply with all safety protocols and requirements as listed above or related directions from SETDA staff on-site may result in the loss of the right to attend or participate in SETDA events and activities, including forfeiting any registration fees paid.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we navigate this dynamic environment.
