Description: Frederick County Public Schools used Title IIA funds to support the LYNX (Linking Youth to New Experiences) program at Frederick High School. This innovative program centers on creating highly individualized plans for student success, maximum student choice, and flexibility in setting and meeting academic and career goals. In order to roll out this program, much professional learning was required. School faculty received training in the foundations of blended learning, project-based learning, and competency-based education.
