PolyVision's Sustainable Classroom: Being Green is Just the Beginning
You are invited to attend PolyVision’s CEO Spotlight Session during NECC entitled PolyVision’s Sustainable Slassroom: Being Green is Just the Beginning, presented by Bob Crain, PolyVision General Manager. Meet Bob and learn more about PolyVision and the company’s vision regarding environmental stewardship.
When: Wednesday, July 1st, 8:30 am – 9:30 am
Where: Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Room 206
This interactive session explores the history of PolyVision’s sustainable classroom while engaging attendees in designing their ideal classroom. Today’s schools are committed to implementing green initiatives including recycling and carbon footprint reduction programs and teaching students how to be stewards for our earth. During this session, you will discover that for PolyVision, being green is just the beginning. Sustainable living and learning encompasses everything we do—from research, operations, product development, technology development and partnerships.
For over 50 years, we have studied how students learn, how teachers teach and how school systems leverage technology. We’ve taken that research and applied it to our technology development, classroom design and overall mission to be planet positive. We hope you will join us to learn our research-based approach to classroom design and obtain valuable information to take back to your schools to develop your own approach to sustainable living and learning.
