For the past eight years, SETDA has conducted a state-by-state survey and created the National Trends report. The report is intended to inform national policymakers on the progress of state education agencies (SEAs) and local education agencies (LEAs) in achieving NCLB II D goals, as well as to provide SEAs and LEAs with current information on the strategies and tactics other states and school districts are using to get results. Full reports as well as webpages outlining further detail and supporting documents are available for each year beginning in 2004.
