SEA and LEA Reporting Requirements

The following two documents represent the clearest guidance from the U.S. Department of Education in terms of SEA evaluation reporting requirements for federally-funded programs.

In addition, a reprint of the Evaluation Institute for State Educational Technology Directors announcement is provided below. This Institute "will address federal evaluation requirements and guidelines for the EETT program and will provide opportunities for participants to interact with nationally renowned evaluation experts."

The Office of Management and Budget has approved the final No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Consolidated State Performance Report: Part I and II for reporting on the 2003-2004 school year. The due date for States to submit Part I of the report to the Department is January 31, 2005. The due date for Part II of the report is April 15, 2005.
