Ensure Equity, Access & Use
The NETP should build on the current technology infrastructure supporting the nation's schools, colleges, and libraries in promoting advanced and emerging technologies that will extend electronic educational resources and services to all communities and households. Universal access by all students must occur in order for there to be a true transformation of the teaching and learning environment. Support for research and continued development of new and emerging technologies must also be present.
