Implementation

• Provide support and encouragement to districts; incentives, marketing, support of various kinds;
• Tie into state technology plan, federal reporting needs, other federal, statewide, district or teacher level data collection systems, other initiatives as appropriate;
• Insure anonymity of teacher respondents;
• Supervise implementation, continue communication with stakeholders participants.
