Company Description

Verizon Thinkfinity offers thousands of free educational resources for 21st century teachers and learners, along with a robust professional development program. Content for Verizon Thinkfinity, including lesson plans, multi-media explorations, podcasts and interactive activities for students, teachers, parents and afterschool programs, is provided through a partnership between the Verizon Foundation and a consortium of 11 leading educational organizations such as the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, National Geographic, and the International Reading Association. Our content covers all of the core subject areas for grades K-12 and is aligned to state standards. The Integration Framework, the core of Verizon Thinkfinity professional development, has been aligned to ISTE’s 2008 Refreshed NETS for Teachers. Verizon Thinkfinity is a Professional Development Affiliate of the Partnership for 21st Century Skills, which supports the integration of 21st century skills into all aspects of teaching and learning.
