Biography: Ouida is the Region 5 consultant, grants manager and web master for the Instructional Technology Section at the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. Previously she worked as a regional consultant with the Alabama Department of Education.

Biography: Melanie Honeycutt is the Northwest Region Instructional Technology Consultant for the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. She has been in education for 15 years. Melanie holds a BS from Western Carolina University in Radio/Television/Film, a Masters in Library Science from Appalachian State University and is currently working on my EdD with Appalachian State.
