Cliff Rudnick

Biography: Cliff Rudnick has been with the California Department of Education for over 20 years. Prior to his current position, Cliff was the administrator for Counseling and Student Support Programs. He was on the development team for the California School Information Services (CSIS) project and has been a teacher in the California public school system.

Rowland Baker

Biography: Rowland was a teacher for fifteen years, a Principal, a Director of Technology and an Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum, Instruction and Technology for a County Office of Education. Since 1995 he has worked for the California Department of Education directing several state wide projects while continuing his role as a Director of Technology and an Assistant Superintendent. He has presented state wide, nationally and internationally on Educational Technology issues. In 2009, he was one of 8 educators that was invited to the Netherlands to the ICT EdSummit. Rowland has severed on several state wide boards, and was on the Advisory Board for ISTE's Administrative Program. He was in the original writing team of the Technology Standards for School Administrators by ISTE, and assisted in the re-writing in 2009.
