Additionally, Intel hosts the K-12 Computing Blueprint at www.k12blueprint.com, an online resource offering planning tools for education leaders to effectively implement technology initiatives.

Biography: Steve Andrews leads the U.S. Intel® Teach program, a research-proven professional development program that helps educators enhance 21st century learning through the effective use of technology. Since 2000, over 600,000 teachers and school administrators have completed this program across the United States.
The Intel Teach Elements series of eLearning professional development courses focus on 21st century learning for transition to common core. Teachers learn from other teachers how, when, and where to engage students with technology for critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration. Teachers use new online tools and resources to create lessons with assessments aligned to common core and state standards.
Steve brings a passion for science, math, and technology in education to Intel from his career as a middle-school science teacher, university instructor, and school administrator. Before coming to Intel, Steve was author/principal investigator for National Science Foundation and USDOE grant funded teacher development programs.

Biography: Pamela Jacobs, Intel Teach National Training Agency Director. 515.975.0071 pamela.jacobs@learningpt.org. Learning Point Associates (LPA) serves as the National Training Agency for Intel Teach in the U.S. through a grant from Intel. Duties of the National Training Agency include providing support for the Intel Teach Affiliate states and districts as well as providing national training events for Master Instructors at approved Intel Teach local education agencies (LEAs). Pam is retired Iowa Department of Education Division Administrator for PK-12 Education and was one of the founding members of SETDA when she served as Technology Director for the Iowa Department of Education and Iowa Public Television. She previously spent 19 years teaching elementary and middle school.
